With roots that began in portrait photography and evolved through years of corporate experience, we understand that your image is often your first introduction — long before a handshake or conversation.

Behind the lens, I’m not just adjusting lighting or angles. I’m guiding posture, energy, and mindset. I’m helping leaders show up visually the way they show up in the boardroom — assured, capable, and influential.

Every photographer has a beginning. Mine started at home.

Hello, my name is Tracy. I'm the founder and lead photographer of FAME Media. My father was a photographer when he was enlisted in the military. When he returned from his travels, he would sit with me as a very young child and show me the images he captured around the world. They felt real. That was the first time I understood something powerful:

Images don’t just document moments — they move people.

I love watching how a single image could shift someone’s emotions. I have photographed preschoolers, high school seniors, and families. There was joy in freezing those fleeting seasons of life — the missing teeth of a preschooler, the senior prom dresses, the growing families. But as I grew, my business evolved.

Spending most of my adult life in the corporate world, I began to see something missing — powerful professionals who didn’t look as confident online as they actually were in real life. Leaders with brilliance and authority… hidden behind outdated, uninspired photos. That shift changed everything.

Today, I have a deep love for professional headshots and branding portraits. There’s something transformative about watching a client sit in front of my lens, unsure, and then stand up, seeing themselves differently.

Clients often tell me, “Wow, that doesn't even look like me!” What they’re really saying is:

“I didn’t know I could see myself like that!”
